When our team has completed a Snap Spec request, you will receive an email with the file attached as an MP3.

Please check your spam/junk folder to see if it was intercepted.

You can also download the completed audio from the "My Pitches" page:

1. Go to "My CxC"

2. Click on "My Pitches"
